Refund Policy

Plain English summary: All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except in the specific circumstances listed below. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your paid period. If something on our end breaks, we'll make it right.

1. General Policy

All fees paid to BeehiveStack for 123DemoPro subscriptions are non-refundable once charged, except as stated in this policy. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the plan features and pricing prior to purchase and agree to this refund policy.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Emailing support123@agentmail.to with your account email and cancellation request
  • Using the cancellation option in your account settings (when available)

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service through the end of that period. No prorated refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.

3. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are charged upfront for the full year. Annual subscribers receive a rate lock for the duration of their annual term. Annual plan fees are non-refundable once charged. If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, you retain access through the end of the annual period but will not receive a refund for unused months.

4. Exceptions — When We Do Issue Refunds

We will issue a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Service Failure: If the Service experiences a verified outage or critical failure exceeding 72 consecutive hours that prevents you from using core features, and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Duplicate Charge: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a billing system error, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.
  • Unauthorized Charge: If a charge was made to your payment method without authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund.
  • 7-Day New Subscriber Window: First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial charge if they have not used the Service (defined as: no demos built, no emails sent). This exception applies once per customer. To request, email support123@agentmail.to within 7 days of your first charge.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support123@agentmail.to with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution and to dispute the chargeback. We encourage you to contact us first — we respond fast and want to make things right.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
