1. Who We Are
123DemoPro is a product of BeehiveStack ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Kodak, Tennessee, United States. We build Voice AI demo tools for sales professionals and agencies. Contact us at support123@agentmail.to.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect only what's necessary to operate the Service:
- Account Information: Email address and password (hashed) collected at signup via Supabase authentication. Used to create and manage your account.
- Billing Information: Payment details (card number, billing address) are collected and stored exclusively by Stripe. BeehiveStack never stores full card numbers. We retain your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
- Usage Data: Demo builds, sends, lead pipeline activity, and session events are stored server-side tied to your account. This powers your dashboard and our admin analytics.
- Demo Configuration: Bot names, scripts, business names, and branding you configure are stored on our servers under your account.
- Lead & Prospect Data: Business names, contact emails, and phone numbers you enter in the Leads Dashboard are stored server-side under your user account and are not shared with third parties.
- Email Sends: When you send a demo email via your RepGuard inbox, the recipient address, subject, and message body are transmitted to AgentMail's API. See AgentMail's privacy policy for their data practices.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, session duration, device type). This data does not personally identify you.
3. How We Use Your Data

- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing notifications)
- To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve product features
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your data for advertising targeting
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use the following browser storage mechanisms:
- Authentication Session: Your login token is stored in localStorage to keep you signed in across sessions. This is required for the Service to function.
- User Preferences: Theme preference (light/dark) and other UI settings are stored locally in your browser.
- Google Analytics: Sets cookies for anonymized session tracking. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels beyond Google Analytics.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your account and usage data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion or cancellation, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing dispute records). You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

9. Children's Privacy
123DemoPro is a B2B sales tool intended for professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
